Terms & Conditions

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

A 50% deposit of the total order is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the event along with final headcount.

Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order. Custom orders, add-ons, delivery, and special requests may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Deposits/down payments are refundable if cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery are non-refundable.

4. Setup & Event Timing

Client must provide adequate setup time and a ready space for Cord Curated LLC to set up orders.

Delays caused by the client or venue may impact service quality, presentation, and delivery timing.

5. Equipment & Property Responsibility

Cord Curated LLC is not responsible for damage to our equipment caused by client actions, guests, or accidents during the event (e.g., tipping, falling, or collisions).

We handle all equipment with care, but clients are responsible for any damage resulting from unsafe handling or behavior.

6. Weather Clause (for outdoor events)

Cord Curated LLC is not responsible for product quality affected by outdoor conditions (heat, sun, wind, etc.).

7. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within designated service areas for an additional fee.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time.

8. Delivery & Travel Rates

Local Delivery Rates: All deliveries are calculated as round-trip mileage. (from Downtown Los Angeles, 90023)

0–10 miles: $20

10–20 miles: $35

20+ miles: additional $1.50 per mile

9. Product Handling & Liability

Our products are made fresh and should be consumed within a reasonable time frame (generally within 2–4 hours of delivery/pickup unless refrigerated).

We are not responsible for improper handling, storage, or consumption after delivery/pickup.

10. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and meats.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges this risk and assumes responsibility for any allergic reactions.

11. Custom Orders

We strive to meet all customization requests; however, substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability and product supply. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.

12. Use of Images

We reserve the right to photograph our products for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer your order not to be photographed, please notify us in writing via email or text prior to your event.

13. Limitation of Liability

Cord Curated LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the consumption or use of our products beyond the purchase price of the order.

14. Agreement

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
